ST Math Objectives

Math Concepts

ST Math Table Games and Activities on various math concepts are used throughout ST Math Camp: Adventure. The ST Math Objectives resource includes grade-specific objectives and game titles. It's a valuable tool for creating assignments on the objective level that match with ST Math Camp lessons.

The Scope & Sequence is available for Common Core, TEKS, and BEST standards. All six grade levels are included in one document, which makes it easy to plan for the topic, learning objectives, and standards for each module of ST Math Camp: Adventure.

Instructional Modifications

Modifications

ST Math Camp will accommodate schedules of three- to five-day weeks, 30 to 45 minutes each day, for a total of two to eight weeks. Each module has been designed to stand alone so that schools have the flexibility of tailoring it to their instructional time frame.

All content is organized in a weekly, five-day format, but the Pacing Guide provides sample structures to help you plan for your instructional time frame.

If your school is working with a shortened timetable, the Pacing Guide includes a 14-day plan (up to 90 minutes a day) to help you get ready.

ST Math Camp Adventure offers digital files for you to download and print for your program. You will find materials that will assist in planning for the Camp sessions, plus materials to use during and after the facilitation of the session.

Students build agency, confidence,
perseverance, and intrinsic motivation as they progress through ST Math Camps by setting goals. Setting, monitoring, evaluating, and planning strategies to achieve goals are important skills for students. It supports their growth and development in many tangible ways.
